What our clients actually say
The most useful thing a consultant can hear from a client is a plain sentence about what changed. Not a quote engineered for a case study. A sentence that sounds like the thing the client actually said over coffee, six weeks later, when asked how it is going.
Here are five we have heard. We have anonymized them, compressed them lightly, and left the texture alone.
From a chief operating officer at a regional law firm: "We used to spend two days a week on intake. It's now fully automated โ leads qualify, route, and follow up without anyone touching them." The system does not look impressive from the outside. It is a form, a set of scoring rules, a routing logic, and a follow-up sequence. The change is that the partners stopped being the bottleneck on new business.
From the chief executive of a healthcare services company: "The dashboard IguanAI built replaced four separate spreadsheets. I check one screen in the morning and I know exactly where the business stands." The hardest part of this engagement was not the engineering. It was agreeing on which numbers were the actual numbers. Once that conversation was done, the dashboard took a week.
From the founder of a financial advisory firm: "Our AI assistant handles 80% of client questions before they ever reach the team. Response time dropped from hours to seconds." The assistant is deliberately narrow. It answers the twenty questions the firm answers every day. It defers to a human for anything else. That is the design, and that is the win.
From a director of operations at an e-commerce brand: "They mapped our entire onboarding workflow in a single session and had an automation running within a week. We haven't touched it since." "Haven't touched it since" is the sentence we aim for. Software that needs constant attention has failed at its job.
From an operating partner at a private holding company, said to us on a second project: "You are the only firm we work with that treats the deliverable as the deliverable." We took that one personally, in the right way.
There is no pattern here other than the pattern we try to make standard: pick a real workflow, build something boring, hand it over, stay out of the way.
