We work on fixed-scope engagements with a defined outcome, not hourly billing. After a free discovery call we scope the work, agree on deliverables and a price, and bill against milestones.

We do not charge for strategy decks that cannot be executed.

Most engagements land between $40k and $250k. Smaller discovery or architecture reviews can run in the low five figures; multi-phase build-and-deploy work that replaces a real operational workflow tends toward the upper end.

If budget is a concern, tell us on the first call and we will be direct about whether we can help.

Focused engagements run four to twelve weeks. Longer programs are broken into phases with a working deliverable at the end of each one, so you are never waiting six months to see something real.

We are based in Delray Beach, Florida. We travel to clients when the work calls for it — walking a warehouse floor, sitting with a call center team, or being in the room for an executive working session. Most day-to-day collaboration happens remotely.

With a fifteen-minute call. If it sounds like a fit, we follow up with one or two working sessions to understand the specific workflow, the systems involved, and the outcome you want. From there we write a short scoping document with deliverables, timeline, and price.

If we cannot help, we say so and point you somewhere better.

An executive sponsor who owns the outcome, and the operators who actually do the work. We build alongside your team rather than over their heads. By the time an engagement ends, your people understand the system well enough to run it and extend it.

Working software deployed in your environment, with documentation your team can read. Depending on the engagement that might be an agent running in production, an integration into an existing tool, a model fine-tuned on your data, or a measured workflow change.

We do not deliver slideware as the final artifact.

We are model- and platform-agnostic. In practice most builds use Anthropic Claude or open-weight models, integrated with the systems you already run — commonly Shopify, NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, and AWS.

We pick the stack that fits the problem and your existing environment, not the one we happen to prefer.

Your data stays in your environment wherever possible. We design around the access model you already have, follow least-privilege access in what we build, and document every data path in the handover so your team can see exactly what is happening.

Yes. A significant share of our work runs entirely inside the client's VPC or on-premise environment, using open-weight models or private endpoints of commercial ones. If regulatory, contractual, or competitive reasons mean data cannot leave your perimeter, we design for that from day one.

We have shipped work in retail and e-commerce, logistics, financial services, healthcare operations, and professional services. The common thread is not the industry but the shape of the problem: a real operational workflow, clear economics, and an executive willing to change how the work gets done.

If you want a forty-page strategy deck, a vendor bake-off, or a staff augmentation contract, we are not the right firm. We are also not the right fit if the goal is a demo for a board meeting with no path to production.

We take on a small number of clients and we only take work we believe will actually ship.
